Glue Journal specializes in personalized digital products. Depending on the listing, these include seasonal junk journal ephemera, printable scrapbook kits and personalized coloring books.

Our products are delivered digitally unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. Product images are illustrative examples of the style and content you can expect.

02. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, payment and personalization information.

Orders are subject to successful payment processing and our ability to fulfill the selected product. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you regarding an appropriate resolution.

03. Personalization and Photo Submission

Our personalized products are created using photos and details submitted by customers.

• Submit clear, suitable photos according to your product's requirements.
• Provide your order number and checkout email when requested.
• Only submit photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content.

We may request replacement photos or additional information when necessary. Personalization results are artistic interpretations and may not reproduce every facial feature or detail exactly.

You retain any rights you have in your submitted photos. You authorize us to process them as needed to create and deliver your order.

04. Digital Delivery

After checkout, customers receive access to a photo submission guide containing instructions for sending their photos and order information.

This initial download is not the finished personalized product.

Once the required photos and details are received, we begin creating your custom design. The finished PDF is delivered separately by email when completed.

Creation times vary by product. Any estimates displayed on a product page are subject to receiving suitable photos and complete information.

05. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our store. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed as required during checkout.

06. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are personalized and digitally delivered, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether customization has begun, whether digital content has been supplied, applicable consumer protection laws and the rules of our selling platform.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or inaccessible digital file, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

07. Personal Use and Copyright

Unless a product listing or written permission provides otherwise, purchased digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use.

You may print and use your purchased files for personal junk journaling, scrapbooking, coloring, collage and other personal crafts.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload for public download or commercially reproduce our original digital designs without authorization.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our original artwork or design rights. These restrictions do not affect your existing rights in your own submitted photos.

08. Printing and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to suitable software or devices to open and print PDF files.

Printed results may vary depending on printer settings, paper type, ink quality and screen calibration. Please follow any printing instructions included with your purchase.

09. Privacy and Personal Information

We use the personal information and photographs you submit to process, personalize and deliver your orders, and to communicate with you about your purchase.

Information may be processed through the service providers needed to operate our store and fulfill purchases, as explained in our applicable privacy notices.

We aim to provide designs consistent with the description of the selected product. Because each customized product is created individually, artistic details, arrangements and colors may differ from example images.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use our services for unlawful activities.

Website content, including original artwork, text and branding, may not be copied or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.
